WHD-ST65-CP Integrated Circuit Board Thermostat

The WHD-ST65-CP integrated circuit board thermostat is designed specifically for water-heating blankets, offering high integration and reliable stability. Its built-in high-sensitivity temperature sensor, combined with intelligent control algorithms, enables rapid temperature ramp-up and precise temperature control, ensuring comfortable and safe operation. The integrated circuit board design, compact construction, and easy installation effectively improve the energy efficiency and overall user experience of water-heating blankets, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

The integrated controller (with the same mounting dimensions as conventional liquid expansion thermostats) integrates heating temperature control, a heating indicator light, water pump control, water level detection, and a buzzer for abnormal alarms. It simply connects to a 220V neutral and live wire and connects to the appropriate connector, making wiring extremely convenient.

The hardware includes an NTC interface temperature probe, a water level detection port, and an indicator light port. A shared neutral wire (for the water pump, heating tube, and power supply neutral), and three 6.3mm standard plugs (for the water pump live wire, heating tube live wire, and power supply live wire).
Control: A rotary handle similar to a liquid expansion thermostat is used for power on and temperature adjustment, offering stepless temperature control.
Functionality: Features water shortage and temperature abnormality alarms. A buzzer sounds and heating stops when water is low, and a buzzer sounds and heating stops when the temperature exceeds 80°C.
