WHD-RQ400-BY Digital Display Thermostatic Controller

The WHD-RQ400-BY digital thermostat is an intelligent control device designed specifically for hot melt pipes. It uses a digital display to clearly and intuitively display temperature changes. Its built-in high-precision sensor and optimized algorithm enable rapid temperature ramping and stable temperature control, ensuring reliable and consistent hot melt connection. Its compact design and easy operation make it suitable for hot melt connection applications involving a wide range of pipe materials and specifications.
Precise Temperature Control: Utilizing advanced control algorithms and high-precision temperature sensors, the hot melt pipe circuit board maintains temperature control within a very tight tolerance, meeting the precise temperature requirements of hot melt connections for pipes of varying materials and specifications, ensuring high-quality connections.
Easy Operation: The digital display and push-button operation make temperature settings and operating status easily visible, making it easy for even first-time users to quickly master the process.
Safe and Reliable: It features multiple protection features, including overheating and short-circuit protection. If the fuser temperature exceeds the safe range or a short circuit occurs, the circuit board reacts quickly, shutting off the heating circuit and sounding an alarm, preventing equipment damage and safety accidents.

Strong Stability: Using high-quality electronic components that have undergone rigorous testing and screening, the circuit board operates stably in complex operating environments, reducing the possibility of failure and extending the fuser's service life.

*Control: Three-button control. Press and hold the left button for more than one second to power on/off. The left button adjusts the temperature. The middle and right buttons adjust the temperature. PID controlled heating.

*Alarm: Alarm if no temperature rise occurs within 20 seconds of heating, and alarm if the temperature exceeds 420°C.
